ConVocation 2025: Explore and Build Pathways to the Divine

Almost every Tarot deck published today is a clone of either the famous Pamela Coleman Smith and Arthur Edward Waite deck (aka the Rider Waite) or Aleister Crowley’s Thoth Tarot. Both are based on the teachings of the Golden Dawn and EVERY card has a formula based on Astrology, the four elements, the Qabala and even Enochian Magick. Waite even included deliberate mistakes “binds” to protect the Golden Dawn’s secrets. Understanding the powerful recipe and formula behind the images in the cards will open your eyes to new ways or reading and even make the cards easier to learn and interpret!

In this class I will talk about the history of casting circles, what it is for and I will conclude with my own personal method of casting A circle.  I want to answer questions like “why A circle?”, “how long has this been a part of ritual?” I will also encourage the participants to create their own circles and to take magick in their own hands!  

Learn about the edible, magical and medicinal properties of 45 common plants, trees, berries, mushrooms. How and where to harvest and store them once harvested, tools and tips that could be useful, definitions and a favorite recommended book/website list.
